My book, Summer, includes some pockets.  This makes the book interactive - you can pull the flowers out.

I have finished the book project from Joanne Sharp's "Art Sparks2" class.  This is the cover.  

The book form is a concertina or accordian book, and here is one side of the book opened completely.

This is the other side of the book.

I'll post some more pictures of each page separately - you can also turn the pages like a regular book.  It is a fun form, not one that I use a lot.  I'm really enjoying this one though!

Art Sparks 2 Continues

 

This is a progress shot of one side of my Art Sparks 2 concertina book.  I painted the pages with gouache and I'm now decorating them with all kinds of collage bits.  I haven't played with my gouache for awhile, and I thoroughly enjoyed painting with the creamy yumminess.
