This is the cover of a sixteen page journal made from watercolor paper. It measures 7 1/2" square. I don't often make journals from watercolor paper, mostly because it seems "too precious". Now that I've finished it, I can confirm that it is not my favorite paper for a journal, but primarily for other reasons:
- it is impossible to see my lettering guide through the paper without a lightpad. (My tablet works well for this, though.)
- the texture of the cold press paper isn't the best for pen work
I actually got over the "too precious" problem quite quickly - go figure!
