Still working on clearing out my studio, I'm looking at old journals to see what I might want to revisit. I haven't done these watercolour grid lines in awhile!
I'm still playing around in my journal at midnight. Last night my toys included a parallel pen, gel pens and watercolours.
The Westcoast Calligraphy Society's latest project is making bookmarks for residents and staff at one of the local care homes.
Participating is a chance to say hello, give thanks, and practice skills all at the same time!
This Inktober prompt took an "ominous" turn for Hallowe'en. I'll post some Inktober sketches in coming days, but I've been influenced by a Ben Shahn program this week at our monthly Westcoast Calligraphy Society meeting.
